How has 3Z Brands helped nurture your career development?

3Z Brands has played a pivotal role in my journey toward a career in Massage Therapy. Their support during my transition into school has been invaluable. Thanks to 3Z, I’ve been able to maintain a good balance between work and school.

What advice would you give the next generation of women starting their careers?

My advice to the next generation is to stay consistent in your journey across all aspects of life. Take the time to discover your passions, and once you find them, fully immerse yourself in them!

What do you love most about working at 3Z Brands?

I love the work environment at 3Z! My coworkers are always helpful and supportive, which makes me look forward to coming into work everyday. The gym and sauna are definitely a plus too!

What is a personal principle you like to follow?

One principle I adhere to, especially when feeling overwhelmed, is the belief that ‘as long as I have breath, I always have options.’

What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?

I am a very creative individual. I love to write poetry, paint, and dance! I’m in an underground dance group with a bunch of my friends and we travel frequently to New York for competitions!

Who is a female role model you’ve looked up to and why?

I greatly admire my mother. She is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, and resilient women in my life. About 10 years ago, she started her own cleaning business and even named it after me!

What is the most important lesson, business or otherwise, life has taught you?

Life continually teaches me gratitude—being thankful for what I have, the people in my life, and the experiences I’ve been through.
